A boiler service takes approximately 45mins, and the service will be done in accordance to the manufactures instructions (if serviceable parts need replacing, this cost will be higher).
In order to book in your service we will need to know the make and model of boiler you require servicing, the age of the appliance if known and whether it has a service history.
Please note that during a boiler service additional wear and tear parts may be required at an additional cost. (burner seals, spark electrodes these won’t be covered by the manufactures warranty)

BOILER REPAIRS
A call out will be required for the engineer to diagnose the fault, the call out charge is £80 which covers the first hour of labour. If the boiler can be fixed within the hour and no parts are required then no additional charges will apply, if a part is required you will be told of the additional cost of the part required. The appliance will be made safe until remedial work is undertaken.
Your boiler make and model is required to book the call out in, and if possible the age (if known) and service history.
Or if you are in need of a gas pipe capping off, we can also provide this service.
